8 Inch Flange Type Signal Gate Valve
The signal gate valve is mainly used in the pipeline of the fire water system as a function of opening and intercepting the fluid in the pipeline, and converting the opening and closing working state into an electric signal through the signal device. The elastic seat sealing gate valve signal gate valve encapsulating the whole valve disc to generate a deformation compensation effect to achieve a good sealing effect, overcome the general gate valve sealing failure, water leakage, and rust phenomenon, more effective saving installation space.
It's mainly composed by the signal device, valve body, valve cover, disc assembly, stem, stem nut, hand wheel and other components. The annunciator is mainly composed of a transmission gear, a transmission rod and a micro switch.
Gate Valve Applications
- Gate valves are used in almost all fluid services such as air, fuel gas, feedwater, steam, lube oil, hydrocarbon, and all most any services.
- Some special gate valve is used in slurry and powder product also such as knife gate valve
